Elevating the standard of rigging in Western Australia
Mad Dog Rigging Company was founded by Sonny Jones – a highly experienced rigger and crane operator – in mid-2021 after he noticed a gap in the market for high quality riggers. Sonny believed there was a better way for rigging companies to operate as their clients have high-risk work that needs to be delivered safely and at a high level.
MDRCo has now grown to a team of 23, with Sonny expanding into crane, equipment and auxiliary hire in 2023.

With an office based out of the Y.hub in Yanchep, we provide mobile personnel to our crane hire partners and small-to-large scale projects right across Western Australia.
Locally, our employees travel all over Perth, north to Geraldton and east into the Midwest on a day-to-day basis. We also provide rigging, dogmen and crane operators for mining projects and shutdowns extending across the Pilbara and Goldfields. We are always open to new opportunities and in building new partnerships.
